Once your order has been packaged and transferred to the shipping carrier, Twisted Sisters Shoetique is no longer responsible for the package while it is in the carrier’s possession.

Twisted Sisters Shoetique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Twisted Sisters Shoetique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
